Meslek yaşamına Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunda başlayan Sayın Özbay, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu (SPK) Denetleme Dairesinde Kıdemli Denetçi, Kurumsal Yatırımcılar Dairesinde Kıdemli Uzman, Boyner Grup bünyesinde İç Denetim Müdürü, Kurumsal Risk Yönetimi Müdürü, Bütçe ve Raporlama Müdürü olarak çalıştı. Halen Boyner Holding AŞ’de İç Denetim, Risk Yönetimi ve Sürdürülebilirlik Direktörü görevini yürütmektedir ve UN (Birleşmiş Milletler) Global Compact Türkiye Yönetim Kurulu üyesidir.

Lisans eğitimini Ankara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilgiler Fakültesinde, Yüksek Lisans eğitimlerini Ekonomi alanında İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünde, Finansal Analiz ve Fon Yönetimi alanında University of Exeter Business School’da yaptı. İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsünden doktora derecesini alan Sayın Özbay, Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Öğretim Görevlisi olarak ders vermektedir.

Anette S. Galskjøt
Danish Consul General, Istanbul

Ms. Galskjøt was appointed Danish Consul General to Istanbul in August 2018. Prior to this Ms. Galskjøt was the CEO of the International Federation of Housing and Planning (IFHP) in Denmark. IFHP is a global NGO advocating sustainable urban development with members in 20 countries. Before taking up her position as CEO at IFHP Ms. Galskjøt served as Commercial Counsellor at the Royal Danish Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. And prior to this, her first posting, Ms. Galskjøt had a career in the private sector within Finance and IT.

Ms. Galskjøt has a MA, Law from Copenhagen University, an LLM from Kings College, London and an MSc, Cities from London School of Economics (LSE Cities). And she is the happy mother of three children aged 20, 16 and 12.
